Cashew Crusted Halibut

A west coast favorite, available at our markets. The cashew crust seals in all the flavor of the fish for an easy flavorful dinner!



½ cup – flour

½ cup – ground cashews

¼ cup – hazelnut oil

8 oz – halibut fillet (other firm whitefish work great too! Try Chilean Sea bass!)


  1. Using a food processor, take the whole cashews and grind till coarsely ground.
  2. Mix in the flour till thoroughly mixed.
  3. Rub halibut fillet with hazelnut oil and then drop fish fillet into flour nut mixture.
  4. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!
