Asian Coleslaw

A unique variation of the ever popular coleslaw

Ingredients: Yield about 1 ½ Lbs

1 Lb – Napa cabbage, julienned

½ cup – Red cabbage, thinly chopped

½ cup – Carrots, thinly chopped

½ cup – Scallions, thinly chopped

¼ tsp. – Crushed Red Pepper

2 tsp. – Toasted White Sesame Seeds

1 oz. – Loosely chopped Cilantro

1 oz. – Soy Sauce

2 tsp – Sesame Oil

¼ cup – Rice Wine Vinegar

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, coming the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Drizzle the mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Chill and serve.
